When standard catalog products cannot meet customer requirements, companies often risk losing the opportunity to deliver a solution. Rather than accept this limitation, we chose to design and build our own systems to meet our customers’ specific needs.

The first example is a bearing race holding fixture designed to provide axis stiffness during measurement, while offering two linear axes and two infinitely adjustable rotational axes for precise positioning.

The second example is a fixture system for crankshafts, capable of securely accommodating multiple sizes.

The third example features a machine equipped with a sliding X-axis and V-block, allowing for flexible part positioning and accurate alignment.
